I was looking through the Revell site and noticed that the TNT RJ, the Hapag-Lloyd 737 and the Aer Lingus A330 are deleted from the site.

So will Revell release a new RJ and A330 as far as anybody knows?

The Hapag-Lloyd 737-700 was the first issued of the 737NG kits by Revell, I think that it will be replaced by the Ryanair 737-800. On the other side, I would consider it a crime to see Revell ending production of both RJ85 and A330-300... these are such great kits ! Maybe are they studying new liveries for these 2 kits.

Selamat Datang !

Revell actually ended production of the RJ85 some time ago (the TNT is a 146-100). I hope that the fuselage mould for the RJ85 is still in existence and that we may see it re-issued in the future in other colours, or even an upgrade into an RJ100/146-300.

The 146/RJ series is surely in too much use worldwide for Revell to drop it. I fully support the theory of an upgrade to the stretched fuselage variants - great potential for different liveries by both Revell and the after-market decal manufacturers. The same can be said for the A330. More airlines operate the -200 than the -300, as witnessed by the plethora of -200 decals available. A -200 kit would sell like hot cakes.
As far as the disappearance of items from the Revell website is concerned, I recall a notice on the Daco website last year that they would be absent for a couple of weeks whilst they were in North America for various reasons incuding "carrying out research for future Revell projects".
I believe that both models will be on the shelves again in the near future in different guises. I'm sure it's just a case of "watch this space".

I'd definiely buy it like hot cakes

They just have to make a new fuselage mould and not forget that the tail is different than on the -300, and it will be very nice. And there are a lot of nice schemes on the -200:

Malaysia
Qantas
Qatar
Gulf Air
BMI
Austrian
KLM (in the very near future)
NWA
I keep on dreaming

I almost got excited there, in the hope that Revell might shorten the A330 and release it in Emirates livery.
Until I remembered they are issuing the A380 in Emirates colours.
Oh well, I can dream.....
