Note this label from the 737 boxing. They have released all these types except for one.

This was covered some months ago in this thread:

      http://www.airlinercafe.com/forums.php?m=posts&p=66705#66705

Appears to be a new licensing requirement from Boeing. I'd love to see a 757 from Zvezda, and I hope they will surprise us with one, but for now I take the inclusion of the designation as nothing more than fulfilling a licensing obligation.

At this point I'll be shocked to see a new injection molded 757... Could be wrong but I just don't see it happening...

I have great news for all of us.

A Boeing 757 model has been promised! But, these are just words of intent to start model development works.
Information from the official source of Zvezda on the "World of Childhood" exhibition, held at the end of September in Moscow.

P.S. That's all I've learned and share with you. I wasn't talking with the official source.

I guess you haven't seen this then? (I found it in the PAS Models Forum)

The green parts in the background possibly look like the original RR engine variant. (On second thought, they may in fact be from the PAS resin kit)

Actually they have indented windows - giving the option to hollow them out or putty over them, depending on the builder's chosen method.

      Hi,

No, I didn't talk to anyone from Zvezda, as I mentioned earlier. But this information from the guys who are starting (may even have started) to develop new 757 model.

In addition, judging by the information Zvezda 737-700 is very close to production.

P.S. An important point, no one makes direct statements. Only small leaks in order to fold a puzzle. Announcements are the prerogative of the producer (that is, the Zvezda).

Patiently waiting for an MRTT or KC-46 kit in 1/144 scale to accommodate the requests for -200 versions of the A330 and 767. A Revell release of the MRTT would make sense since Germany is a customer.

I hear you can get an A330 tanker in less time, they might want to look into that

Regarding the length of the 2C airframe that they use for the KC-46, I've read that the reason it's 2 meters longer than the 200 is because of the boom, there were no changes to the actual fuselage. They just took a 200 and put the thicker-gauge 300 wing on it.

Yeah, I can see the USAF flying an Airbus product, can't you?

The KC-46 airframe is precisely a 767-200 airframe (dimensionally). The actual length of the boom has changed at least twice since they started working on it. Gee, it's not like Boeing hasn't been making boom tankers since like 1949 or anything. You'd think they could have figured this out by now.
