Sukhoi Superjet SSJ-100 got its E.U. certification and may be sold within western Europe from now. http://wirtschaft.t-online.de/russischer-superjet-100-bekommt-eu-zulassung/id_54275778/index Initially I wanted to build my Zvezda SSJ in Malev livery. Unfortunately this dream has burst with Malev's collapse. Hope some other western airlines will order the SSJ. |

Great news, it is an incredibly attractive little jet, I saw a few videos on youtube, I would not mind flying one and I hope Sukhoi will secure orders out of Russia (I think an Italian company has a few on order). And the Zvezda kit is a gem  , I am currently converting one in Superjet 100-75 (left fuselage half glued, right half still working on the rear fuselage joint), I know it is sort of hypothetical.
