After 1 year of intensive research and activity with several rebounds but, a lot of modeling fun too, the master pattern is completed.
The tyres and the cockpit window piece are not the production parts. They are used for test fitting only.
Now, lets keep the fingers crossed that the molding companies will be able to reproduce all parts as closely as possible.

Here is the baby:

Kurt, I am fascinated - after about 50 years in this fabulous hobby - I am a bit emotional when such a quality product is to be made available...!
Thank you VERY much for making this quality level available to us airliner enthusiasts!!
All the best,
Harry B.

Well, this topic was about building the master pattern and this chapter is completed.
In a few weeks, I will open a new topic about building the kit.

In the meantime, let me tell you that we are experiencing again a lot of problems with the casting of this kit.
The molding company delivered 5 units so far, thats it. The molds are dead and they even broke the master fuselage.
We are filling pre-orders at this time and all 5 units have been sold. I have to do some repair work before handing the master to an alternate enterprise.
Hopefully, we get more kits available by January.

Kurt

I was wondering about the current status of this kit. Hope you get all the kinks worked out. Any update on the hushkit option? I'm hoping to figure out a way to finish it in Delta's wavy gravy livery (if I can just figure out decal options for it).
