That would be nice, and Zvezda appears to have answered the call for a new model! Delta and Alaska were also L-100/L-382-10 users. I guess the -10 is identical to the C-130E, but without certain cockpit windows and external tanks?

Delta did use the external tanks on the L100-10. Another difference between the C130 and L100 were the avionics which wouldn't be noticable for modelers. A recent development is that Coulson is flying a C130 that does not have the extra nose windows that were a spotting characteristic to differentiate between a C130 and L100.

Jennings, there's a lot of Interior Airways stuff I would love to do. Not that I'm dropping a hint, but if someone saved me the trouble of creating artwork, I'd certainly park a C-130 alongside the Interior Airways C-46 I've been hoarding a Platz kit for.

This one would actually be pretty easy to do. Just need to figure out what color of copper/gold to use for the stripes and titles. Aside from that it's just the registration and the flag on the tail.

Did anyone else notice that Interior Airways didn't make the stars on the Alaska flag on their tails (none that I've found) the proper yellow? They're all white!

From what I've seen online thus far, it *appears* that with minimal fuss you can build the Zvezda kit as anything from a C-130B to a late C-130H. For the B you'd need to add a couple of port holes and scribe in the cargo door on the left side. For a C-130E, early H, and late H, build it out of the box with what's supplied as alternative parts. I have one on the way from Mother Russia, but lord only knows when it will get here.

I'd also possibly consider the Alaska Golden Nugget scheme, since the only currently available one is machine printed and not silkscreened, so it's not metallic gold (what was the point?).

Any civil C130/L100 scheme would be great. I have built models of the Alaska and Delta Herks. Alaska was my first. My Draw Decals are metallic gold but I do see that the current ones are not. I suspect that its a printer issue. Too bad I buggered up my windshield framing on my Alaska plane but the decals are beautiful.

I'd consider doing it if Jennings doesn't. I have the ability to print metallic gold.

I seriously doubt well do anything like that, much as Id love to. The anesthesia group I work for has become a victim of its own success, and Im way up past my eyeballs for the foreseeable future.
