      Hi!
Does anybody have this decal left? I tried to order from f-dcal website, but this guy seems to have the same habbits as gio decals has. Not answering to emails, wrong orders, etc.
If not does anyone have an idea where to get sheet except directly from him?
      thanks and best regards

I would probably suggest to rephrase your question to
"is he doing ok" or "lets hope its all fine with him".

I always had very friendly contact with him and never had any issues with my orders.

It is obvious that the website has not seen any updates for a long time now.

So, does anyone of us know if he is doing well? I am worrying a little to be honest.

      Cheers,

      Christian

I haven't heard from Philippe in several years (I think like 2014 or '15), but I know he had had some heart trouble before that.

      Christian,
Phillipe is nothing, I mean nothing like Gio decals.
If he has not answer is for a well justified reason.
I sincerely hope he is doing well.,

I can't help you with the decal but I wanted to let you know that I ordered some decals from him at the beginning of the year and eventually received them a few months later. I didn't email him or chase him in any other ways and was just being patient. So give it some time and it will likely show up.

You should withdraw you comparison with Giodecals. Modelarstwoalexander was an unholy mix of incompetence and fraud. Phillipe Lenard of F-DCAL is a decent guy who has had health and other problems. He also has, or had, a day job as well as running F-DCAL

Average turnaround seems to be about eight to ten weeks although sometimes it can be shorter. I ordered some stuff from F-DCAL in the middle of April and it came in less than a month although that was unusually quick.

I echo the advice of others to be patient

      Hi all,

I was in e-mail contact with Philippe last week, including him responding to my message. He is now busy with my order, as with several other orders I guess...

      Cheers,

Philippe has always been slow in responding but he certainly isn't a dishonest person.

FWIW, 26Decals also makes a couple of Iran Air 747SP marking sets.

only EP-IAA, which is the one i dont want to build.

ok, maybe i should clarify it a bit.
I also ordered a few times from f-dcal, and this is the 3rd time i have an issue.
the email conversations were always slow, so i m used to that. but this time it is a bit weird. when my order arrived only one of 3 decal sheets arrived (comparison to gio?! - for a reason).
the one that arrrived was incorrect, so i wrote an email. no problem, i will get the correct one and all others within the near future, he said and that was it. no decals arrived, so i wrote him twice to ask if he still has my stuff on the screen, no answer ( comparison to gio?!), that was 3 weeks ago. paypal case opened ( and again gio...maybe you get my point).

call it bad luck, but to be honest, if you can't run a business, simply don't do it. i fully understand if someones health is at risk, but then tell the people you are afk...and obviously he is doing business to others.
by the way there is even no reaction to the paypal complaint...
of course i hope he is allright, which he seems to be, but i think i have done everything a customer can (allthough shouldnt) do.

I fully agree with Laurent. Over the many years I know Philippe, he has never been dishonest. In other words: very reliable and highly recommended.

Fully agree with the previous two posts - slow at times, but always reliable. Additionally, this is not his full time job. I have NEVER not received a response - up to a month. Is it possible the decals you ordered are on back order? I believe he was updating some decal sheets.

Since there has been a previous problem, is it possible that an error occurs in payment or order? Not to imply anything, but I have "ordered" product before only to find out that my computer did not actually add the item(s) to my cart or correctly submit payment. Additionally, I placed a wrong order with F-dcal and Phillipe was quick to fix the issue.

It may take a while, but I am certain that Phillipe will reach out to you and you will receive your ordered products.
