Has anyone had any experience with this Ebay seller from Italy? tbdecalsmodels I ordered a decal sheet with about a month delivery window. Jan 28 - Feb 26. They never showed and when I sent a message through Ebay, he responded with, send him an additional 10 usd for registered mail. If I don't he won't be held responsible if they are lost again. I just looked at his feedback. I know a little late. He has a quite a few negative including one with the same problem. That buyer left a negative comment and as with all the other negative feedbacks, he left a retaliatory comment. |

Hello, I ordered twice from them earlier this year and received both orders within some 1-2 weeks (from Italy to Germany by normal mail). Maybe the problem is more related to shipping to the USA. Heard of problems with shipments to USA in the last weeks/months: for example german post service stopped services to USA for some time (due to Covid issues). Also shipping times can be loooong at the moment. Greetings Daniel Have fun! Life is short enough. |

I ordered two kits from F-RSN and got them yesterday. France to Florida USA in around two weeks. I order a A-320Neo from Russia and the shipping is advertised at 6-8 weeks. Kind of hit and miss still. I guess the vendor is saying he will ship another set but only if you pay registered mail? I can see that if I were a vendor. Good luck, Mark |

I have bought from them a few times in the past but through their website not ebay. Their mail order isn't the quickest but anything I've ordered has arrived safely and I've always found them good to deal with. I'm in the UK. 12 items of negative feedback in a year (some of which looks pretty stupid) has to be set against 4046 positives over the same period. |

Quote I just got a order from i-modelist in Moscow. It took less than a month Feb 19. But anyways it got even nastier see below. So I heard back from ebay today that they refunded my order due to not receiving tracking info from the seller. Which was the original amount for the item plus shipping and tax. Amount 12.44 euros. I sent him a message about the additional 9 euros I paypaled him for the registered shipping. He responds back with the nastiest response I have ever seen. So did I do something wrong? I don't get it. I was nice in all my correspondences to him. Here is the ebay message of refund.  Here is the paypal receipt for the additional 9 euros. Sent Feb 28 and noted on it "for added postage".  Here is his nasty response back to me.
