      Pan Am had range support contracts at several places, including one in Canada, Kwajelin, and possibly another.

      Apparently it's a US Army CH-21 stationed at Ft. Churchill, Manitoba.
      This is from a thread at Hyperscale, Plane Talking. "Odd Photo, USAF/Pan Am H-21 Workhorse," February 14 2014 at 2:58 PM

      But here is a link to the page with what is said to be the same helicopter, but lacking the Pan Am logo. It is mislabeled as a USAF helicopter.
