USAirfix McDonnell Douglas DC-9-30 of Purdue Airlines. Logos and doors by Drawdecals with windows by Flying Colors Decals. Cheatline and tail are painted. Purdue ceased operations in April 1971. Many Purdue pilots found work at Southwest in June 1971.
Built in the early 1990's, markings were hand made using dry transfer letters, clear decal film/paper used over light table to create tail logo and TAAG letters. This was before commercial decals were available.
